1. What you are buying
A single original song created from the answers you give us, delivered as a digital audio file. Lyrics are drafted from your brief and edited by a person. Music and vocals are composed using artificial intelligence. Delivery times shown at checkout are targets, not guarantees; if we miss one by more than 24 hours you may cancel for a full refund.
2. Ordering
Your order is placed when you click the button labelled "Order with obligation to pay". We begin work on your song immediately. By ticking the consent box at checkout you ask us to start before the end of any statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right once performance has begun. Our own 30-day refund policy continues to apply.
3. Your content
You confirm the details you give us are yours to share and do not defame or infringe anyone. We use them only to create your song and to provide support. We do not use your song or your details in marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
4. Licence and ownership
On payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to play, download, copy and share your song for personal, non-commercial purposes. We will never sell or license your song to anyone else. We assign to you whatever rights we hold in the lyrics. We make no promise that a copyright exists in the musical recording, because AI-generated music may not be protectable under Swiss, EU or US law.

6. Acceptable use
We refuse briefs that are hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or intended to deceive. Refused briefs are refunded in full.
7. Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the song, except where the law does not allow that limit.
8. Law
Swiss law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, subject to the same.
